I am an Ordained Elder in Full Connection and a member of the East Ohio Annual Conference. I was born and raised in the Philippines and I am Bilingual and fluent both in English and Tagalog-Pilipino. I have served in churches in the Philippines and in the United States. This has helped me appreciate and have a better understanding of the diverse and multicultural nature of our global denomination. I was honored to have been elected delegate to the 2008 Jurisdictional Conference; 2012 & 2016 General Conferences; 2019 Special General Conference. I received my Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Far Eastern University (Manila, Philippines); Master of Divinity from Union Theological Seminary (Philippines) and Master of Theology from Western Theological Seminary (Holland, Michigan). I earned my his Doctor of Ministry degree from Ashland Theological Seminary (Ashland, Ohio). I am blessed to be happily married to the former Miss Deborah Calimlim and we have two sons, Shalom & Armando II. I am a dedicated and committed servant of Jesus Christ!
